Leaders also learn powerfully through getting feedbacks, receive guidance and personal reflection. Yet, how many leaders are comfortable in receiving feedbacks? Do you know how to give good suggestions or are you the type that bulldoze your words (and ways) to get things done? And still struggling to get them done? Enter innovative leadership skills.
In this workshop, the leaders (and managers alike) will revisit key tenets of leadership and management. This alignment is very important to differentiate their leadership styles. Taking everyone’s backgrounds are unique, this workshop sought to establish shared understanding of the organisational and personal vision, mission and key values. Leaders and managers will learn a great deal about modern organisation leadership techniques – dealing with multigenerational workforce, challenging business times, under resources, demand on innovation and sometimes difficult top management! It is a tall order to be great leaders, therefore let’s show you how you could be better at your leadership arena. Next, the participants will also be introduced to the structure and concept of coaching, foundation of successful coaching relationship and how to win their own boss (in some case are the top management).This 1-2 days’ workshop is highly interactive, learning by doing and packed with real world examples from across industries.
Khairul puts premium on innovation and execution simply because it’s the only measure of success. Currently, he is an active advocate of design thinking and open online courses. His interest is in people development, leadership behavioural change and innovation skills development.
